What is Deep Breathing?
Deep Breathing is a relaxation technique that can help you reduce stress and anxiety and it involves taking slow, deep breaths from your diaphragm rather than shallow breaths from your chest.
The diaphragm is the most efficient muscle for breathing. It is located just below your lungs.
